Unable to contact

Generally I have been very happy with Takealot.

I cannot find an invoice. The order does not show as delivered and therefore it seems no invoice. The help page says there is a form to fill in as all phones are down. The help form is not available to complete. I cannot sent a message or find an email address to request this invoice. Help me please
