Un reputable company.

I purchased a Christmas tree on a sale in October 2021. I had to wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive as per their website shipping expectation. When the package arrived it was a piece of tinsel labelled 2.1m artificial pine Christmas tree. I contacted them and they sent for the package to be returned to correct the mistake. They then told me they had sold it out and they were going to refund me that I could repurchase it from another supplier on their site but it was 4 times or so the price. This is an absolute **** that I should pay more money now because of their mistake. Is this how Takealot is becoming? An un reputable company? I have been emailing back and forth trying to get this resolved but they absolutely don't care to. This is absolutely wrong.
