Umbrella Dilemma takealot

REF NO ********** 4 This began at the 23 of Dec. I ordered a garden unbrella for my mom. MS Golden. We could do the IPay Payment and the COD was also out of the question. I contacted Takealot about the problem. The consulant advised me to make an eft payment. I did the payment immediately and send througha email to show the payment. With out any support Takealot just cancelled the order. I made the payment in time and also notified them. After I got hold if someone to help me instead ofgoing the extra mile they just said the will pay us back. I waited until the2nd of Jan before I contacted them again. After a long search they found out they acredited it to someone elses account. That was a week ago and we are still waiting for my moms money. This is beginning to be a big dilemma.
