Ultimate Checkout sale

Im highly disappointed in takealot, on the first day of the Ultimate Checkout sale I added the Litehouse festoons LED Vintage Bulb String Light -10m. To my cart that was on sale for R789. When I was ready to check out and pay 30 minutes later, takealot removed it from the ultimate checkout sale and was now R999. Luckily I had a screen shot of my basket that I took of the price being R789. I then called the takealot agent who requested the screen shot to be sent to his email for investigation. Its been 2 days and have not had a response. Really terrible service from takealot. Very unhappy customer
