I've been making use of takealot for a long time ass they are convenient, local and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately my account was hacked and somebody at takealot stole R13500 out of my Nedbank account into their ABSA account . I've been struggling for 5 days now to get the money reversed back into my account. many many emails and proof on my bank statements, but nothing no person with authority ,manager, supervisor or ceo , but nothing . everybody just answers that they are looking into it and will get back to me . halve my salary missing , what to do now??
