I had a credit on my account someone has used it *****ulently to buy MTN vouchers I have phoned and emailed and the response from their finance team is I authorised the order and yet the customer service person I spoke to said they were having this issue a lot. I have absolutely no need for MTN vouchers as I don’t have them as a provider.
