*****ulent sales by Takealot and no Customer Service

Absolute terrible service.

Ive ordered and paid for item on takealot.

Ordered a 12000mah ups. Used a voucher as well on it.

Had to wait a week f delivery.

Item arrived. 8800 mah item. Which would have been a honest mistake but supplier or Takealot actually went and stuck a Barcode over the 8800mah printed on box saying 12000mah,

This is blatant ***** and intentional.

The code printed on box and description is all 8800mah. Even code on item is for the 8800 mah unit.

So they went and just stuck a sticker intentionally over the wrong unit and *****ulently sold it onto a customer.

I am probably not even the only customer that this happened to.

I asked several times today for Mishka.F and Edwina.M to please phone me back about this. As well as what now happens to voucher used as they will only refund amount paid.

They just refuse to call back.

Terrible in a case that is *****ulent and ******** and clearly not just a mistake
