*****ulent orders with zero accountabilitly from company.

I find suspicious orders on my account and attempt to report them straight away. This company has ZERO protocol to report that someone has hacked my account and placed orders. When I reported this all of a sudden 'unpaid' orders disappeared and no one is replying to my urgent request for assistance. I don't care how safe you lie and say your website is, these orders are inside-jobs as I never login without verification, also there is no delivery name or proof of who received said *****ulent orders! What kind of online company just does not have a protocol or report *****ulent order line?
