*****ULENT & BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

Takealot has bad after service. I ordered an Airfryer which cost me R1400. The courier Company delivered the Airfryer on the 22 Aug'23, when I opened the box I discovered the Airfryer damaged badly. I immediately called the courier guy to report this & asked if he can come pick it up. But he said I have to first log in the return. I did that. Next day they collected the Airfryer. From the 23 Aug until today 13 Sept'23 they have not given my money back. They are taking so long. When ever I call to follow up I always speak to a different consultant who escalates it but nothing comes off that. This is absolutely disgraceful service. I'm starting to wonder, with the delay tactics Takealot is pulling, if they planning to ***** my money. Takealot is not trustworthy when it comes to refunding your money. They are quick to take ur money but to give it back they find it very difficult. I'm absolutely disappointed with Takealot. It's the first & last time I will ever make use of Takealot. I have spoken to so many consultants & get no help. I have spoken to: Sizwe, Kamva, Celest, Nphapile, Mihlali, Camphor, Ethan & Coceka and still no help. This is disgraceful service from Takealot. Becarful people when ordering from Takealot especially when u need to get ur money back.
