Ubsurd service delivery

I have waited for a delivery which was scheduled for the 23rd of December 2022. They rescheduled without notifying my partner or me and with no reason for the rescheduled delivery. Takealot loves taking their customers for a ride because this has happened with overnight deliveries to their assigned pick-up points too. Feels like it's a racially biased company because drivers and apparently their call centre agents also make empty promises and deliveries are done on their schedule. Apparently, you'll get your package when and if they feel like it
