****ty service from Takealot staff

Your service is absolutely ****!!!! You guys don't deliver on the time we request and when you do come out your drivers wait literally two second and leave then guess what? you want to add delivery fees on my order!!!! BULL****!!! I received not a single call for your driver, a message came through at 12.09 I responded saying, " I am coming out" at 12.09 and called at 12.12 he then said he left long ago and that he had called long ago, to top it all off the driver was extremely rude, What is wrong with you people, Don't you know what customer service is? and that the customer is always right? Your policy is **** and your service sucks, Ever since dealing with Takealot I have had endless issues, I will never be using your service again!!!!
