****ty service from takealot returns department

Terrible service from takealot returns department, they delivered damaged product, logged a return, then they didn’t know where the return was for a couple of days and when they finally found it they now say items are missing and it’s my fault. What the heck, shouldn’t you be asking the person who had the return all along at your warehouse.
