A -1 rating is what I would give Takealot with their ****ty service. Today I received an order which included an item I did not order. Why not say if your supply is out of stock instead of sending me something I didn’t order, nor is anywhere close to what I’ve ordered. About a year and a half back, my order was not complete and when I made enquiries on how to get the missing item, I was completely ignored.
