Terrible service and terrible customer service. I placed an order yesterday expecting my order to be delivered by Thursday. They now say it is only coming on the 22nd June 2021 which is ridiculous I have never had issues with Takealot. I phoned customer care spoke to a lady by the name of Mandisa she was not the most helpful as a customer care agent. She did not even say that she will check up and get back to me. Pathetic honestly. I must now wait 2 weeks for two items. **** man. Takealot wake up.
