I received incorrect items,I scheduled for a return it was collected over 7days ago but I still receive calls about the very same return.I called the driver who doesn’t seem to care,I called the customer help line was on hold for 30minutes without success.ai e-mailed the complains department still haven’t heard from them.i lodged another return and explained on the noted that I don’t want to return but instead following up on the previous one as all kinds of communication platforms are not responding,the agent still ddnt intertain the previous complaint but instead focused on the current return after explaining a thousand times that I don’t want the second return but that was my cry for help.May I kind get my refun please as I returned the incorrect items
