****ty return policies, poor communication and unfairness towards the consumer

Paid for express delivery and got my order the very next day however the item I bought was broken. I've lodged a refund claim and have been advised the same will take place within 3 business days. So much for the express delivery I paid for. It's the 3rd day and by which I am expecting my parcel but sure enough the parcel have not yet been shipped.

Takealot makes it super easy to buy from them however doesn't give a Sht about proper after sales communication especially if the products bought from them are broken.

I hope to receive my parcel soon and in proper working condition. I regret making this purchase
