****ty delivery system

I was supposed to get a delivery on a day that I paid extra for but couldn’t because of Takealot’s ****ty delivery system! you only receive a message to let you know on the day itself that you will receive your delivery before 5pm and you are expected to be home all day waiting for them. When they do arrive, the delivery guy only called me once (which I missed because I was in a meeting) and did not call my unit number by the security guards as instructed. He left and I got a notification that my delivery was unsuccessful. I paid EXTRA for this delivery but the delivery guys seem to not be patient and the system sucks! Takealot needs to do something about this. At least give some time options.
