Two times in lest then half a year where takealot F's up

YET another disappointment from takealot. I ordered two items off takealot on the June 3rd 2020 I was told it would be delivered by the 9th June however much to my surprise (not) there the parcel never arrived, then they changed the date to the 11th June and again the same thing however this time no new date was given. On the 13th June I get an email saying my request to return the products was completed and I would be getting money credited into my takealot account. I emailed them back saying I have not agreed to this and received no message back 0 communication from them at all for about 4 days when I got an email which I replayed to and still have not received any emails back. Today I got an email saying my parcel's have been returned and the money credited into takealot. I'm so confused as to how I can request to return something I never received and then once I try to communicate with them I get nothing I'm response. Terrible service and I would never buy anything off of takealot again..
