two order no delivery

good day in November i ordered goods from Take a lot its was meant t be delivered Monday i just keep getting sms to tell me its delayed no ETA nothing. Order # ********** 6Ordered 27 Nov 2017Paid 27 Nov 2017 second ordred was in October i ordred for a birthday present the truck wsh ****** yes i got my money back but this is the second time i am being dropped and forced to make other plans. Order # ********** 2Ordered 25 Oct 2017Paid 25 Oct 2017 i am very disappointed. i have another big ordered to put in on the 15th for everyone Christmas presents but i am in fear i will not receive my goods.
