Two failed orders followed by not refunding my credit

<p>Initially I enjoyed Takealot and got successful deliveries. Over the past month however things have gone seriously downhill. First order and wait a week to be told no stock and was credited but not refunded. Second order cancelled after 4 days also as no stock. Request both order credits to be refunded. Wait one week only one refunded. (R999 of the R1200 amount) I sent a long email explaining to please to also refund the other R200 odd order as well. They don't read it and cancel the R999 refund and refund the R200 odd. I sent another 3 emails getting increasingly more irate asking them to PLEASE refund my R999. All three requests receive no reply....</p> <p> </p> <p>Now four weeks they have failed on both orders, waisted my time and are still holding R999 and have not refunded it....Emails ignored and can't call them!</p>
