Twice Wrong order of products

I tried twice to buy a small electronic beater, that beats egg whites or cream. It comes with a usb charger. Both December and now in April. Twice I get a hand (manuel) beater! I paid my R30 2x to order then I have to drive back to return it. Since having to pay for delivery or collection. Takealot service has just gone bad. The amount of times I have had and hear of wrong orders being received is terrible. Not impressed at all and am considering not being from takealot again.
