Twice received the same item, incomplete. Poor service standard from a renowned company

Twice now i had to return the 3in1 mini oven breakfast maker. 1st time NO GLASS LID and the pan was bend. Today received the replacement! AGAIN no GLASS LID!!! How frustrating. Very poor service from such a renowned business
