TWENTY days for a replacement!!!!
I returned a charger pack which was faulty. Return was processed and a replacement ordered. My first order was received in TWO days. My replacement order was placed on the 28th, expected delivery 18 May...that's TWENTY ^%$#@ days!!!!!
What makes it even worse is that the supplier is PnP. I could literally walk to my PnP and buy one right now!!!!!!!

To add insult to injury, I only pay R229 at PnP...Takealot is still charging R399!!! Living up to their name i guess :-(
