TV return from takealot I would not recommend takealot

Me and my spouse bought a JVC smart tv 4 weeks ago two week is the tv stopped working it was stuck on the logo we logged a return they picked up tv a day later they send us an email saying that they won't accept the tv because the screen is broken we sent them pictures of the state that the tv was in when it was collected so they are going back and forth we have been calling emailing but we keep being told it is being escalated we so frustrated and unhappy with their service i will never buy anything from takealot again in my life. If you think of purchasing any electronics from takealot don't i not the last person they did this to and it's wont be the last so please be careful of them.
