TV return can not be collected by Takealot

We bought a TV from Takealot, 75 inch Hisense. We were told we need to contact Hisense to collect and fix the TV we did so and they came to collect without a box and told us the TV is irreplaceable and delivered the TV without the box. Takealot gets here and tell us they cannot collect the TV because there is no box. Please tell me if I am wrong who keeps all the boxes they get from Takealot. What would our house look like keeping boxes.
