TV replacement

It was determined that my Television was damaged by the courriers or wherever. I still have not received any response from Takealot and my TV is still not replaced. I payed for a broken tTV, had it for 3 days, had to send it back to be replaced, it was badly damaged during transport (looks as if it was done on purpose) and I have nothing and no word from Takealot. I am disgusted and angry. It feels as if I have been ******. My TV needs to be replaced. I need answers
