I bought a hisense smart TV from takealot for R6500 in December 2024, around January l loggeg a return because l was dissatisfied with the quality of the picture, they did not respond to my request.

Last month, April l logged another return and their courier picked it up on April 28th, they rejected it claiming its not within the warranty period, they returned it and l rejected it because l was certain its still within the warranty period of 48 months, l followed up and all of a sudden they're telling me the TV is damaged.

Their first reason for rejection was because the warranty has lapsed, now the reason is different), they sent pics of a cracked screen(when they picked up they took pics it was not damaged)
