I would like to lodge a complain about one of their drivers, he was rude to me during a call and hung up on me I sent him WhatsApp messages as per his request and he ignored them. I then tried to call him on WhatsApp he declined my call. Please intervene and deal with this this accordingly

I had weekend plans for my parcel so now I don't know whe I'll receive it.
