Trying to return a purchase to Takelot it an ABSOLUTE Nightmare!!
<p>Hi, I can completely endorse comments all the negative comments about Takealot.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made the BIGGEST....... mistake of my life purchasing a Garmin watch through Takealot. It went faulty and I have had a living nightmare trying to return it. I have tried to call Takelot, whom I bought this watch through, but lo and behold, you cannot contact them, only Mr Delivery, the company that delivers and is supposed to collect. They are the most inept company I have ever dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>The courier company never pitched and I have put in a least 10 calls to Mr Delivery, who are at least trying to help. The irony is that when they never pitched to collect, they said that deliveries are a priority, and collections are not!! So they don't give two sh!@!@ts about the people who have paid them in good faith, they just want to sell you and deliver stuff and then hope you go away......</p> <p>I do jus need to give credit to a poor guy called Lawrence at Mr Delivery, he at least TRIED to help. Everyone else was a joke and never returned called or escalated it as they promised. So Lawrence, I strongly suggest you get another job as you do no deserve to be left sorting out the mess that is Takelot!</p> <p> </p> <p>So PLEASE...., do not purchase from or via Takelot, you will regret it and I intend to advise everyone I know of this and put it all over Facebook and elsewhere...For interests sake...my RRN is A223-7F17.</p>
