Trying to make contact with Takealot.com

I have been trying for days to make telephonic contact with anyone at ***. The only number available rings and when picked up it cuts off (or gets put down). This has happened over and over again. There are no alternative numbers. There is no means of lodging a complaint on line. I don't think I will buy from them again, it is just not worth the aggravation.
