Trying to get hold of a human for assistance at Takealot is nearly impossible

Bought a 12V geyser on Order #*** which is not working. Trying to return it is no longer possible, not because of the timeframe, but because Takealot is no longer selling this item. This is not the consumer's problem and should be addressed.
