Trying to collect a big return item with a motor cycle or small car, no feedback

Trying to return a desk. Have had takealot come on a motor cycle, and two small cars, on 4 separate occasions to collect a big desk. We have emailed to say it is a desk, and a truck or bakkie must collect the desk. What do we do?? This never gets resolved.
