Trying to cancel order
Trying to cancel an order. Per instructions you go on your order and click cancel or if that not avail click on the link to be helped. I placed an order and an hour later tried to cancel it. I was informed I have to contact takealot once my order has been packed and handed over to the courier and only then can it be cancelled. Surely this is a waste of time done this way?

16 Feb 2023, 13:38So takealot still shipped my order and only cancelled it when it arrived in my town. Bunch of *****s that I have to pay courier costs for an item I asked twice to be cancelled
