Try and honour your client's requests please

What part of REFUND do you guys not understand? It has happened so many times that I have not decided to post a review on HelloPeter so people can be aware of this matter. When a client logs a return and explicitly requests a REFUND, make sure you refund him or her and not credit his/her account. There is a difference between a refund and credit. Feel free to read up on the difference.
