Trustworthiness of a online compane like TAKEALOT

I place an order (***1) with takealot for 10 Piece Humidifiers Filters Cotton Aroma Cuttable Parts - XS R99 - I lodge a return and the parcel was picked up. The next day Takealot send another driver to come to collect the same product. When I phone explaining that there is another driver they said that they will sort it. NOW I find that they cancelled the collection while they already collected the product. Moegammad Lewis said on 16 February that he will escalate it for me at 01:06 pm and got an issue when I got angry because of their service that they give he got upset. It seems they get away with taking peoples money for products that was return that is why they just carried on and cancelled a return of a product that the already picked up and just conclude the collection. How many people was taken for a ride already - I dont know how companies can still exist when they not trustworthy people should stop buying through them there are many other companies that give a better online service
