Where's Amazon when you need them?? Take a lot, a helleva lot, of patience to deal with them. Send the wrong item (they acknowledge as much), ask for the correct one in terms of their advertised policy (joke), but the product has now been increased in price by 20% so, of course, they credit me instead hoping that I will pay the increased price.
