Triple charge and no refund

I was triple charged for an order on 24 December and I have still not received my refund. Every time I query this I get told a different story. First it was 2-3 days then it was 3-5 days. Then they credited my takelot account and now they are telling me I have to wait another 5-7 days. It's a credit card transaction - not that difficult to reverse.
