Treated like a dog

I just received my package from your deliver team and I’m very sad to say this since your delivery guys are always tops.

The delivery person today was very unprofessional and rude!

Firstly when they arrived they phoned me to where I proceeded to open the gate of my front yard! The deliver lady called me down yelling from the street mind you that i must fetch it from there on approach she threw it down to the floor when i asked why she had done that she started getting rude. I invited them to come up and bring it to me as i am still working from home and was in a meeting to which she responded they are not allowed to enter the premises which is not the case. I really did not appreciate this behavior my order number is ***
