TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT!!!!

On the 23rd of November 2023, I purchased a Defy Freezer from TakealotCom, at their own instance , they undertook to deliver the freezer on Monday, 27 November 2023. Takealot has failed to deliver my freezer despite numerous undertakings from the branch concerned and call centre staff that they will deliver the freezer. I wrote endless emails, made several calls since Wednesday 29 November 2023 but that was just a futile exercise. Their driver posted comments online that he could not deliver the parcel as there was no one at the delivery address to accept delivery, lies!!! The given address is a business address operating from 6am to 8pm , Takealot delivers from 8h00am to 17h00 , how can they not find anyone??? I received trash service from Takealot, they accept orders knowing very well lack capacity!!! I find it unacceptable for them to promise people deliver and fail to do so!!!! I am so disappointed.
