Trash customer service

Why do yall have a number that customer service agents won't even bother answering your call/talk when they answer?? I have tried calling u guys 8 times alone in the past 30mins and on all 8 calls, I got zero assistance. Some picked up and said nothing, some hung up on me. Atrocious service. I desperately need to find something out, as I am unable to head to the offices but the agents clearly don't want to assist. Disgusting!!
