Trap product and service

Firstly; On the 25 July, I ordered and paid for the Hisense H40 lite infinity for the price of R 2,329 but was charged R2650. I realized from my bank notification that the amount has changed, can I please get a refund of the difference. Secondly; when the Hisense H40 Lite was delivered, there where no free airpods in the boxes as advertised. This product and service is misleading.
