Trampoline of Poor quality

We purchased a trampoline for my Autistic 20KG 6 year old. This 1st trampoline (Bouncetech) lasted 7 months. Takealot provide a 6month warrenty & we therefore did not return it. We purchased another of the same trampoline which lasted 2 months. Yet again the springs tore loose from the base which is what the1st one did. I was not prepared to accept this POOR QUALITY. Our return claim (***) was rejected due to user damage but it gets jumped on, that is its purpose. It is sub quality standard material.
