Tracking status reflects as "delivered" but I haven't received anything yet.

Order # ***0 My order status reflects as delivered on 25 November 2021. It's now 06 December 2021 and I haven't received anything yet. I follow up with them and keep getting told that the branch will contact me when they are ready to deliver. How long does this take if the initial delivery took place in one day of purchase? I cannot help but feel it was ****** and I've been ******. Terribly disappointed by their service.
