Totally wrong product delivered

<p>I ordered a Battery for a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Takealot. I received my package within 2 days. The only problem is that when I opened it, it did not contain a battery, but a Multi-point Bluetooth Transmitter that I definitely had not ordered and hadn't even had in my wishlist. Then I even received an email from Takealot stating that my Samsung Galaxy S4 Battery had been delivered to me.</p> <p>I can't imagine how a company manges to deliver totally the wrong product to a customer - especially considering I only ordered one item. How hard could it be?</p>
