Totally useless

<p>I ordered a a set of pots from their Black Friday sale. When I eventually received my delivery the pots were substituded with a 20 L Russel Hobbs microwave. I had to search the net for a contact number as you can only reach them via e-mail. I explained what happened. I received a message to say unfortunately the pots are sold out. I want a full credit. All their mails to me refer to the pots that I am not happy with. I have explained and wrote 6 x e -mails and yet they still do not get it. Their courier service is also pathetic. You receive a sms to notify you about the delivery then they do not pitch.</p>
