Totally disappointed

I've just had a new baby and ordered baby items on Takealot.com. They're supposed to make things easier but instead ive spent more than i should on just trying to get my order. I placed an order on 30/12/2017 and the delivery date was 05/12/2017. Its 12/12/2017 and my order has still not arrived. I'm utterly fustrated, the worst part is when you call their call centre their consultants keep telling you they will investigate and get back you and no body ever does. I first spoke to Ramy, then it was Naashid and then lastly it was Sbongiseni. they all say they'll track the order and give feedback.NOTHING!!!

TAKEALOT is a total disapointment wouldnt recommend to anyone looking for convenience.
