TOTALLY BAD SERVICE/ BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE

<p>I purchased the LG smart TV, web 2.0 49 inch, ultra HD television the other day for 8999 grand.</p> <p>What i received the next day was a completely different model which was of a lower price and of a lower spec.</p> <p>takealot was quick to collect the tv, but have failed to deliver my correct tv for which i have paid for.</p> <p>NO-ONE communicates with me nor updates me as to when my tv is going to be delivered; and as we speak takealot is sitting with 8999 of my money. I have been dealing with a woman Rushda from Retail desk but she fails to update me so i am currently left in the lurch now.</p> <p> </p> <p>my order number is ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely bad service!</p>
