Total waste of time!

I wanted to report something delivered to me, that i didnt order, with my whole order.

The agent just basically said "give me your address and phone number and we will send someone to pick it up, at their convenience".

Please note that i did provide my Order Number and all my details would be attached to that order number.

My goodness! No "Thank You" or something similar, for the person reporting errors in your staff's packing or most possible sneaky ways of planning on *****ing merchandise/goods.

How much money has TakeAlot lost so far by any of the above said happening???

How much does TakeAlot value honest customers???

This is disgracefully disappointing...

You delivered something to me, that i didnt order. I was told this morning by my daughter (she received the order at our house), that the Surge Protection Plug is missing from the order! You switched my paid Surge Protection Plug, with a cheap cellphone cover! Send me the Surge Protection Plug and pick up this cellphone cover immediately!!!

The driver sent by TakeAlot, was here about half an hour ago, to pick up the cellphone cover sent to me incorrectly.

I took a vid and have CCTV cameras.

WHEN am i getting the Surge Protection Plug ive already paid for, that wasnt sent to me with my order?! (#***)

"Deney.M" (TakeAlot staff member), told me to log a return on the Surge Protection Plug, for whatever reason...

But i STILL dont have what ive paid for!!!

I cannot believe the service im getting with this order!
