Total Ripoff

The first time I used takealot was an absolute nightmare. After much frustration and many calls later, they finally gave me a R75.00 credit, which I was hesitant to use because of my experience. But my son needed to print a project in color and so I used my credit, plus extra, to purchase the toner I needed.<br> BAD BAD BAD MISTAKE!!<br> They sent me a generic cartridge, which has obviously been refilled, as the box was damaged. Lo and behold..... it was no filled properly. It DID NOT print in full colour, and only printed in the colors of an empty cartridge. Difficult to explain. <br> I think they thought they could rip me off because I had the credit and was not paying the \full\" amount. And they did. Needless to say, I will not be using [URL Removed] again. Shocking service. Even worse after sales service. Everyone just passes the buck!<br> "
