Total Incompetence

This company should rather not exist. I ordered two shelving racks from them of size 180x90x60cm, they delivered on time one correct size and one smaller size. I returned the smaller one and then received as replacement another smaller one which I refused to accept. Two days later I again received a smaller one as replacement after the warehouse closed. Now I have to wait for these *********** readers to come and fetch it again and just pray that I will eventually receive the size that I paid for.
